This year I joined a new club, an enthusiastic club, one where I feel motivated, something called 'Photography Club'. Every week we discuss the best things about the importance of photography, inspiring photographers and what our next project is going to be. We're starting off as a small agency taking pictures of school events and everyday school life. Next week we're going to see an exhibition, I really cannot wait to look at the professional work, the real business. Since my school is all about 'reflecting', i'm going to try and reflect on our meetings every week. This week we were supposed to show 5 pictures that represented freedom to us. This was one of my pictures. I don't really know why, but every time I think of freedom, I think of time. To have the freedom to spend my time however I want to. This picture is so calming, so quiet with the sun just rising as the boats set off for their daily trip across the lakes. What a joy photography club can be.
